the flow of an INDIVIDUAL SESSION looks a lot like this:

  1. History; discussion of issues, goals

  2. Assessment

  3. Education; “knowledge is power”. We establish a foundation for empowerment by creating context for what we both notice is present. Initially this takes the form of a discussion, sharing basic anatomical and physiological information that will help you understand the why of what your body is doing…the ways we “prop up” or “collapse into” ourselves and providing insight into a more dimensional way to live in your body. This often leads us further down the path of adaption and compensation to the mental, emotional and spiritual levels of our being. We acknowledge and address these aspects because they are just as much a part of you as the physical. They are more than interconnected, they are you.

  6. Debrief: takeaways, questions, awarenesses

This is you and me working together. We advocate for your wholeness, your wellness! Be who and what you need to be in this space. Right away it’s integrative rather than isolated - supporting symmetry and whole bodied healing rather than symptomatic/super-physical issues.
